Shipping fees vary based on the number of items purchased, but the Cross Jewelry shipping fees start at $2.00 and Christian Paintings have a flat rate shipping fee.

Neo Genesis Designs currently ships to the United States.  Use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping fees.

All shipping time estimates start from the date your payment clears.

The Cross Jewelry orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.  However, time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.  You will be notified if order completion will be longer than 7 business days.  The Cross Jewelry is made to order and our hands can only move as fast as God allows. 

The Christian Paintings are usually shipped within 3-4 business days.

You will receive email notification once the item ships.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipment date to receive your Cross Jewelry order.

Refund Policy for Christian Gifts

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.  Do not return shipment until you receive authorization from Neo Genesis Designs.  Any refund issued will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
